You will still have all your shells, you will still get the same graduation rewards everyone does. You can then graduate your new seasonal character immediately, though I strongly recommend getting it to the initial velia portion of the main story, and then taking the option of doing the "shortened" or whatever version of the main quest, as being lvl 61 will instantly clear all of it, and thereby give your new 61 their own set of misty breeze skill point books, essentially doubling the amount of skill exp they have. Your original season character will immediately become a normal character, your new character will become your seasonal character, they'll be lvl 61 right off the bat, they'll be able to use your current tuvala gear, and you'll be given a set of coupons to exchange your tuvala weapons for ones appropriate to your new class(do not do this if your original seasonal character was your main).
